Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Daily Truck Sweepstakes is only available to eligible Texas tobacco Retailers and their authorized representatives as described below. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. “Daily” refers to the opportunity to submit one entry per Central Time calendar day. A truck is not awarded each day. Three (3) truck prize winners will be selected one (1) for each approved Texas Division (defined below).

1. Eligibility

The Daily Truck Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of Texas who, as of the date of entry, are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and are owners or authorized representatives of a Texas tobacco retail location holding a valid tobacco-sale permit and/or license who are invited to participate, or otherwise verified and approved by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, as an eligible tobacco retail location (each, a “Retailer”).

For purposes of these official rules, the Sweepstakes “Entrant” is the individual verified by Sponsor or Administrator as the owner or duly authorized representative of the eligible Texas tobacco retail location associated with the registered Retailer account. The Entrant must be: (i) the individual identified as the account contact during registration or otherwise verified and approved by Sponsor or Administrator; and (ii) eligible in his or her individual capacity under these Official Rules, including with respect to age, Texas residency, authority to act on behalf of the retail location, and completion of all required verification. The retail location, business entity, retailer account, email address, and any other person associated with the retail location will not be deemed the Entrant or winner unless Sponsor or Administrator verifies the applicable individual as the Entrant. In the event of any dispute regarding Entrant identity, Sponsor’s and Administrator’s verification records and determinations will control and are final and binding. No Entrant or potential winner may transfer, assign, substitute, or designate another individual or entity as the Entrant or winner.

This Sweepstakes is not open to members of the general public. A Retailer must hold and maintain all licenses, permits, and authorizations required to sell tobacco products and must remain in good standing with Sponsor throughout the Sweepstakes to remain eligible. Access to the registration page or possession of the Website address does not by itself establish eligibility. Each eligible location will be assigned by Sponsor or Administrator to the West, South, or East Texas division (each, a “Division”) based on the geographic location of the retail location as reflected in Sponsor’s records at the time the Sweepstakes begins, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Division assignments are final and may not be selected or changed by Entrants. Employees, officers, and directors of Japan Tobacco International U.S.A., Inc. ("Sponsor"), Brandmovers, Inc. ("Administrator"), and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers and webmasters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.

2. Sponsor/Administrator

The Sponsor is Japan Tobacco International U.S.A., Inc., 4000 Center at North Hills St., Suite 700, Raleigh, NC 27609. The Administrator is Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 11, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter the Sweepstakes

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Retailer portal identified in the Sweepstakes invitation or registration materials (the “Website”), follow the on-screen directions to activate, sign in to, or submit a free registration for an eligible Retailer account, review and accept these Official Rules, and click or tap “Enter Today” or the comparable entry button. Registration is subject to verification and approval by Sponsor or Administrator, in their sole discretion. A successfully completed daily submission will provide one (1) entry for that CT calendar day into the random drawing for the Division assigned to the eligible retail location associated with the account. Come back each CT calendar day for one (1) daily entry via the Website.

Registration and entry are free. No purchase or payment is required to register, enter, or win, and a purchase or payment will not increase an Entrant’s chances of winning. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, eligible Retailers do not have to participate in the Road to LDORADO Retailer Incentive Program, which is separate from this Sweepstakes and has no effect on the odds of winning a prize in this Sweepstakes. The only method of entry is the free daily entry available through the Website to registered and verified eligible Retailers. No other method of entry will be accepted.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/Retailer account/eligible retail location per CT calendar day. All entries must be completed by November 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM CT. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a calendar “day” begins at 12:00:00 AM CT and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT. Entries received in excess of the limit, including through multiple identities, accounts, or locations, are void. Entries do not carry over between Divisions, and Entrants may not choose or change a Division to improve their odds.

All entries must be complete and verified by Sponsor to be eligible. Sponsor will not verify receipt of an entry to any Entrant. Subject to applicable law, Administrator, Sponsor, and their agents, affiliates, or service providers may use Entrant information pursuant to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (see Section 13) and for Sweepstakes administration, verification, Division assignment, and prize fulfillment. Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations, accounts, retail locations, or any other method will void all of that Entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification. Automated entry is prohibited. Normal Internet, telephone, and data access charges may apply.

Incomplete, corrupt, or untimely entries are void. Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; unavailable networks, servers, or connections; technical failures; or human, mechanical, electronic, or other errors. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

Potential winners may be required to prove account ownership and authority to represent the associated eligible retail location. Entries associated with an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address are ineligible.

5. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners will be notified by email after the random drawing described in Section 6 (“Verification Email”). Each potential winner must complete all steps requested in the Verification Email. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for a Verification Email that is misdirected, unanswered, not received, or affected by a technical failure. Entries are subject to verification and anti-fraud review at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No prize will be awarded in connection with an entry determined to be void, unauthorized, or otherwise ineligible. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes.

All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. An Entrant is not a winner unless and until eligibility has been verified and the Entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

6. Sweepstakes Random Drawings

On or about December 7, 2026, Administrator will conduct three (3) separate random drawings: one (1) from all eligible entries assigned to the West Division, one (1) from all eligible entries assigned to the South Division, and one (1) from all eligible entries assigned to the East Division. One (1) potential winner will be selected in each Division. Limit one (1) Truck Prize per person, household, and eligible retail location. Each potential winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal), IRS Form W-9, and any other requested verification documents (“Prize Release Documents”) within seven (7) days after the Verification Email is sent. If notification is returned, unread, not received, or unanswered; required documents are not timely returned; or a potential winner is ineligible or not compliant, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected from the same Division. Administrator may attempt up to three (3) alternates per Division. If no eligible winner is confirmed after those attempts, that Division’s prize will not be awarded. A Form 1099 will be submitted to the proper tax authorities as required for any winner.

Odds of winning a Truck Prize for a Division depend on the number of eligible entries received and assigned to that Division during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”)

Truck Prizes: Three (3) “Truck Prizes” will be awarded, one (1) per Division. Each verified Division winner will receive a 2026 Toyota Tundra i-FORCE MAX® Platinum pickup truck (“Vehicle”) (ARV: $75,000) and a check for $22,500 intended to help offset taxes associated with the Truck Prize. ARV of each Truck Prize: $97,500. Total ARV of all Truck Prizes: $292,500.

Prize Restrictions: Any warranties and guarantees associated with a Vehicle are limited to the manufacturer’s warranties and guarantees. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor may make a prize substitution of equal or greater value if a prize or component becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss after delivery. Sponsor will not replace a lost or stolen prize or check. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses not specifically included are each winner’s responsibility.

The ARV of a prize is subject to fluctuations in the marketplace. If the actual purchase price is less than the stated ARV, the winner will not be entitled to a check, cash, or other payment for the difference.

Toyota®, Toyota Tundra i-FORCE MAX® Platinum, and all associated logos and marks are registered trademarks of Toyota Motor Corporation. Toyota Motor Corporation is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with this Sweepstakes, and has not endorsed, approved or certified the “Daily Truck Sweepstakes” or any of its prizes. The Toyota i-FORCE MAX® Platinum is offered as a prize solely at the discretion of the Sponsor and Toyota Motor Corporation bears no responsibility related to this Sweepstakes.

Each Truck Prize consists of the Vehicle and tax-offset check described above. Vehicle specifications will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and the Vehicle awarded may not be exactly as pictured.

Truck Prize Vehicle Restrictions: The Vehicle specifications will be determined by Sponsor, at its sole discretion. The actual Vehicle awarded may not be exactly as pictured in the Sweepstakes materials. The Truck Prize winner will be solely responsible for any Vehicle title and registration fees, any additional features, upgrades, or options to the Vehicle. The Truck Prize winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid U.S. driver license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle, failure to show same may result in Sweepstakes Truck Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner, pursuant to the terms in section 6 of these Official Rules. It is the Truck Prize winner’s sole responsibility to pick up the vehicle at the Sponsor-designated authorized dealership within 30 days of arrival or Truck Prize will be forfeited. Truck Prize winner is responsible for all associated dealership fees including all title, license, insurance, registration, dealer preparation, applicable taxes or fees, destination and handling charges, and other fees associated with the Vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Vehicle from the designated dealership. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being included are the responsibility of Truck Prize winner. Upon accepting delivery and transfer of title of the Vehicle to the Truck Prize winner, the Truck Prize winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that neither Sponsor, Administrator, nor any other person associated with the distribution, development and execution of this Sweepstakes and the Vehicle, or any of its respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents makes any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Vehicle, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or the actual fair market value of the Vehicle. Any warranties on the Vehicle are solely provided by the manufacturer.

No substitution by a winner is permitted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value. A Truck Prize may not be transferred and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Federal, state, and local taxes are each winner’s sole responsibility.

Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Truck Prize (including but not limited to, any taxes, title and registration fees, and any extended warranty, if offered to and accepted by the Truck Prize winner) not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Truck Prize winner. Selection of specific Vehicle (including the make, model, color, and options) will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Use of the Truck Prize is at the prize Winner’s sole risk. Truck Prize winner must accept the Truck Prize as stated by Sponsor, or the Truck Prize may be forfeited in its entirety at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any difference between the actual value of the Truck Prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded

The total ARV to be awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes is up to $292,500.

8. How to Claim the Prizes

Upon Administrator’s receipt and approval of the signed Prize Release Documents, Sponsor and/or Administrator will coordinate each winner’s receipt of the Vehicle through a Sponsor-specified and designated authorized dealership and will mail or otherwise deliver the check portion of the Truck Prize to the winner. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, stolen, misdirected, returned, or undelivered mailing of the check portion of a Truck Prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Verification Emails; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of a message will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor's or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, including but not limited to, any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries/entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Sweepstakes and award the Truck Prizes in separate Division drawings from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation, if feasible.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Verification Emails; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, PANDEMICS, OR TERRORISM.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SUCH WEBSITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. 11. Publicity

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, WINNERS GRANT TO SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR), AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO THEIR AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, EACH WINNER'S NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

(a) Binding Arbitration. Except where prohibited by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, counterclaims, or controversies arising out of, connected with, or relating to this Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or the prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified herein.

(b) Venue and Governing Law/Costs & Fees. The arbitration shall take place individually before a single neutral arbitrator. The physical venue for the arbitration hearings shall be Wake County, North Carolina, USA. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable North Carolina law, the prevailing party in any arbitration proceeding brought under these Official Rules shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees, expert witness fees, and arbitration costs from the non-prevailing party.

(c) Waiver of Class Actions and Jury Trial/Limitation of Liability. ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ALL DISPUTES MUST BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. ENTRANT EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO COMMENCE, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT. FURTHERMORE, BOTH ENTRANT AND SPONSOR MUTUALLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive, exemplary, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of use). Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Sponsor’s total aggregate liability in any dispute, shall be strictly limited to the actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred by entrant to enter this Sweepstakes, or the ARV of the Truck Prize, whichever is less.

If any provision or sub-part of this arbitration section is found by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this section shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://roadtoldorado-jtiliggett.com/privacy_policy. Entrants should be aware that Sponsor may collect non-public, personally identifiable information in connection with Sweepstakes administration, eligibility verification, Division assignment, and prize fulfillment.

14. Winners List and Official Rules

For a list of winners (“Winners’ List”), available for six (6) months after November 30, 2026, submit a request through the Contact Us form on the LD website and include “Daily Truck Sweepstakes Winners” in the subject line. The Winners’ List will be sent after the prizes have been awarded. Official Rules will be available during the Sweepstakes Period at https://roadtoldorado-jtiliggett.com/official_rules
